Key Responsibilities

⚡ Develop and execute a full-scale marketing strategy targeting Web3 and investor ecosystems

⚡ Build a compelling brand voice that connects with crypto investors and blockchain stakeholders

⚡ Lead digital marketing campaigns across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, and more

⚡ Plan and deliver token sale strategies (Pre-sale, IDO, IEO) to meet fundraising targets

⚡ Create investor materials and lead roadshows to engage VC, angel, and retail investors

⚡ Build partnerships with exchanges, launchpads, crypto funds, and other strategic allies

⚡ Grow and manage global communities of investors, users, and advocates

⚡ Align closely with founders and cross-functional teams on product, compliance, and go-to-market

⚡ Use data to track KPIs and optimise campaign performance and spend

Candidate Profile

⚡ Proven Web3/blockchain marketing background, especially in token launches and exchanges

⚡ Successful track record of raising capital via investor networks or community-based strategies

⚡ Strong grasp of tokenomics, investor funnels, and regulatory considerations

⚡ Excellent storytelling and pitch delivery skills

⚡ Well-connected with crypto funds, influencers, media outlets, and launchpads

⚡ Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels

⚡ Willing to travel regularly
