Strategy & Analytics Associate - Regional SPX (Campus Hiring 2025)

We're in search of dynamic and highly motivated 2024/2025 graduates to join our Shopee Regional SPX team as a Regional Strategy & Analytics Associate.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, executing and overseeing various initiatives aimed at improving operations and enhancing user experience. This role presents an excellent opportunity for ambitious fresh graduates to deepen their problem-solving abilities by tackling some of the most complex challenges in the e-Commerce industry and flexing their analytical skills in a dynamic, data-driven working setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimise logistic processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings
• Analyse market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and risks
• Utilise coding and data analysis skills to analyse data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for decision making
• Demonstrate a proactive and practical mindset, actively engaging in ground operations to identify, suggest, and execute enhancements that optimise workflow efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
• Design initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, expected graduation in 2025 or recent graduates, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in coding and data analysis tools, namely Python and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and draw actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Display a readiness to actively engage in ground operations, collaborating closely with the team to implement improvements and openness to travel
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
