- A minimum of 6 years’ experience as project + site engineer in Oil and Gas field
- Experience in SIL rated Safety PLC’s
- Working knowledge in Functional safety management system
- Working experience in PLC’s like Modicon ( Quantum/Premium/Momentum), Honeywell (FSC 10020 ), Siemens (LOGO / S7) , Triconex etc…
- Proven experience as a PLC Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of PLC hardware and software, including programming languages such as ladder logic.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Traveling to clients' locations. Meeting with clients to discuss their automation needs.
- Developing and installing plc programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
- Determining plc automation test criteria before the final installation.
- Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
