Data Analyst

• Reports to: GM – Applications & Data
• Salary: Circa $140k package

About the Role

Our client is building a brand-new internal data capability - and this is your opportunity to be part of it from day one. As the first hire in the Data team, you'll be joining a small but growing team (working within the Information Architecture team) and report directly to the GM of Applications and Data.

This is a significant role responsible for the end-to-end delivery, support, and continuous improvement of our clients Power Platform and business intelligence environment—including Power BI, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and support of Power Platform solutions including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business functions and identify opportunities for BI and Power Platform solutions.
• End-to-end delivery across ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Support integration between Power Platform solutions and other core business applications and systems.
• Provide administration and operational support, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Champion data governance and compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience delivering business intelligence and Power Platform solutions.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, internal consulting, or business analysis.
• Proven expertise with: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Dataverse / Data Lake.
• Strong understanding of data governance, APIs and data integration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
