About The Role

As an Automation Engineer, you will join our agile, innovative team developing cutting-edge automations. Our team acts as the center of excellence, leveraging the low-code Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies in SEB. We help our organization create cloud-based automations and AI agents to support the bank's transformation journey in automation and AI.

We are seeking a team-oriented individual who is passionate about building scalable, future-proof solutions. You are an eager learner and comfortable with co-creation and knowledge sharing within your team and with stakeholders outside of your team. Problem-solving comes naturally to you, whether in a technical, user-oriented, or team context.

As An Automation Engineer You Will

• Collaborate with the team to identify automation opportunities and create efficient solutions
• Support the entire bank to help our business units to reach their automation and AI related goals
• Design, develop, and maintain internal automations and AI agents using Microsoft Power Platform
• Ensure automations are user-friendly, efficient, and align with business objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automated solutions
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in automation development
  
  

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
• Ability to inspire and lead others to succeed in their own projects
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Scripting skills (any scripting language is an advantage)
• Automation experience (i.e., RPA, PowerShell, CI/CD or any cloud-based automation tool, etc.)
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and/or Power Platform is a plus
