Go Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Go Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing golang requirements in line with customer needs, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Optimization & Benchmarking: Design and implement performance improvements to optimize service efficiency and reliability.
• Deployment Strategies & CI/CD: While you won’t maintain build pipelines, you will actively contribute to deployment strategies and need a strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
• Feature Definition: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and refine requirements for new features.
• Microservices Development: Develop and maintain new functionality within a microservices architecture.
• System Integration: Integrate internal systems and services to ensure seamless operation across platforms.
• Collaboration with DevOps: Work with DevOps teams to design and implement the necessary infrastructure to support operational needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience developing in Go (Golang).
• Proficiency in Go: Strong knowledge of Go programming, including Go routines, channel patterns, and Go module/package management.
• Microservices & APIs: Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and a solid understanding of RESTful API development.
• Concurrency Expertise: Deep understanding of concurrency and multithreading in Go, and the ability to leverage these effectively.
• Algorithmic Proficiency: Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD): Experience with unit testing and a commitment to high-quality, test-driven code.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with high-availability and scalability challenges in production environments.
