WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies or University graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation, available for at least 30-40 hours per week
• English speaker with good level of written and oral Italian language (C1 level)
• Well-organized teammate who is comfortable with multi-tasking and setting own priorities
• Communicative problem-solver who likes everyday challenges
• A person who is interested in a career in Human Resources
• Knowledge of Excel would be an asset

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

•             Support Philip Morris International employees with HR-related queries
•             Actively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of employee cases
•             Maintain requests and employees’ data in the SAP database
•             Prepare HR-related documentation
•             Generate standard SAP reports
