HR Data Management and Project Manager/Assistant Manager

We are looking for data management and project managers with the following qualifications to work in Human Resources Data Management and multinational projects.

- A degree in Engineering or Statistics is preferred,

- Knowledge of data preparation, data transformation, data modeling and data control,

- Analytical mindset and attention to detail,

- Ability to follow KVKK and GDPR legislation,

- Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking)

- Responsible, strong written and verbal communication skills,

- Has experience in project management, analysis, and testing processes,

- MSSQL, Oracle, Qlik, SAP BO and MS Office tools knowledge is a plus,

- Data management tools such as Informatica, ABInitio is a plus
