📌 Your Role

As our Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer implementation journey—ensuring our “Super App” goes live smoothly, integrations deliver value, and every handoff is flawless. You’ll partner closely with sales, technical, and support teams to turn demos into delighted, fully onboarded customers.



🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, scoping and execution of customer projects from pilot/demo through go-live
  • Coordinate across internal teams (project, engineering, support) to guarantee seamless handoffs
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations
  • Capture and document customer requirements; translate them into clear specs for our tech teams
  • Oversee integration points and data-flow validation with existing customer systems
  • Facilitate on-site workshops, user acceptance tests and go-live readiness reviews
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers and dependencies—drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track
  • Deliver concise dashboards and status reports to senior leadership



🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven expertise with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Strong command of Jira, Asana, Trello or equivalent project management tools
  • Excellent communicator—adept at stakeholder alignment, written docs and team facilitation
  • Analytical thinker with top-notch time-management and prioritization skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Deep understanding of support operations and customer-facing processes
  • Track record of defining, measuring and reporting on project KPIs
