Designation: BMS T & C Engineer

Location: Qatar

Contract Duration: 3 Months & Ext

Salary Range:- 8500 QAR

Working hours: 10 Hours a day

Working Days: 6 Days a week

Experience:- 5 Years is mandatory

Locally available candidates in Qatar with freelance visa..

* Excellent English verbal and Email communication skill

* General BMS with HVAC control knowledge

* Field sensor and instruments experiences (Air/Water and flow/pressure)

* DDC (Compact, Modular), FCU & VAV controllers, programming knowledge as per Sequence of Operation

* Control of VFD, Air Handling, VAV, FCU and its functional knowledge

* Chiller and Chilled Water Pump control programming

* 3rd party Integration [Modbus / BACnet/Lon works/ IP Protocols….]

* BACnet/MSTP, Modbus/RS485, BACnet/IP, Modbus/IP, KNX, OPC protocol knowledge

* Control and monitoring BMS points, and related components.

* Networking basic and interfaces with 3rd party system

* Graphics online verification and trouble shoot experience

* Generating front end Graphics

* Testing and troubleshooting of above listed items - Standalone testing, sequence testing & graphics demonstration

* Managing and supervision of site operations and maintenance activities

* Handling Customer and day to day activities updating and reporting

* Preparation of site activities progress reports and on time updating to customer

* Ontime response to Customer on mails and calls

* Meetings with Customer

* Inspections and IR handling on site with documentation

* Preparing the necessary documents for the invoicing process by coordinating with Commercial team

* Preferable with Siemens Desigo X-works Plus, Desigo CC, ABT, DXR and RXT experience
