We are looking for someone with experience in NOC (Network Operations Center) or a background as a Support Engineer, with a focus on VoIP technologies.
Office location: Kyiv Zoloti Vorota.

Job responsibilities:
Respond to client matters timely and diligently
Own accountability of routing related issues and provide customer support
Make needful changes in routing to provide best service to customers
Implement customer-centric approach towards service
Test current and new carriers’ routes to ensure high quality service to customers
Monitor VoIP services performance and statistics
Troubleshoot VoIP problems and interact with carriers to resolve issues (open Trouble Tickets)
Report all important issues to the manager and find timely solutions to critical matters
Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required skills:
Experience in Telecom industry and VoIP.
Basic understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools
Ability to collate and interpret data from various sources
Ability to assess faults, prioritize and respond accordingly
English communication skills in order to communicate with customers and carriers.
Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload
Ability to handle pressure and show customer first approach in demanding situations
Ability to achieve goals with limited supervision.
