What You'll Do

As a People & Culture Local Service (PCLS) Associate, you will be focusing on building up on your local P&C policy, employment legislation, regional and process knowledge to work more independently in your role. You will be responsible for delivering Local P&C Services portfolio items acting as local subject matter expert. These activities include:

• Employee Lifecycle Support
• Evaluate local P&C policy and legislative compliance for contractual changes, benefits operations and end of employment.
• Deliver new hire day 1 onboarding sessions.
• Offer a broad 1:1 consultancy to SAP's internal customers.
• Ensure accurate knowledge and content management on all-relevant platforms.
• Act as a 2nd level case manager for local HR policy queries.
• Manage non-digital employee files and HR documentation.
• Support local regulatory activities to ensure country compliance. Support Process Improvement & Innovation
• Continuously monitor SLAs, KPIs, and customer feedback seeking ways to improve work and processes. Partnership with other HR teams
• Act as a trusted partner and liaison with other teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the successful implementation and enhancements of local policies, tools, and processes.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree( full time) with MBA specialization in Human resources (Full time) is required
• 1-3 years working experience in People & Culture(HR) areas
• Good P&C(HR) experience in the following areas: staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, payroll, or data maintenance
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience working within a customer-oriented environment
• HR certification and technical skills certificate (MS Office) and Local employment legislation knowledge is preferred
