They are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Private Equity Associate to join their dynamic investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading mid-market fund actively pursuing acquisition-led growth strategies across various industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in deal sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, and portfolio management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-depth market research and identify attractive investment opportunities within our target sectors.
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return assessments for potential acquisitions.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, working closely with advisors and internal teams to assess financial, operational, and strategic risks.
  • Support deal execution, including structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of buy-and-build strategies, collaborating with portfolio company management teams.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to value-creation initiatives, including operational improvements and strategic growth projects.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A), strategy consulting, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance.
  • Experience in conducting due diligence and transaction execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
