Our marketing teams across DAZN connect customers to the most relevant DAZN products, personalise the experience, and create relevant and engaging customer communications. MarTech is there to build, scale and enable marketing teams to achieve these goals with a best-of-class MarTech platform which can accelerate progress, and create great customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with the CRM Marketing team to enhance the current platform.
As a MarTech Product Manager, you will have a critical role to support optimizations and expansion of the existing CRM platform and maintain a healthy and scalable product. This position requires experience in gathering and documenting product requirements in a variety of systems environments. You must be comfortable leading stakeholders workshops, working meetings and presentations. You are comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail but also understand how it fits within the bigger picture. You should be good at communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues, questioning existing processes, and swiftly adapting to changes.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and drive delivery of the CRM, marketing automation and digital engagement product roadmap and related services for the CRM platform, ensuring focus on business needs and establishing clear measures of success
- Collaborate with marketing, data analytics and other cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in alignment with business demands - find insights and detailed functional and technical requirements out of it.
- Design and deliver consumer engagement strategies, multi-channel consumer journeys, using data to segment target audiences and assess performance, capturing insight and analytics across execution.
- Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in CRM initiatives
- Lead the governance and health metrics of the CRM platform and act towards the vendor when there are exceptions.
- Be able to approach and discover new areas of marketing to identify opportunities of new tools expansion.
- Manage budget and spend related to technology solution and services, and perform regular financial activities like creation of PO, tracking invoices and actuals, and activities in line with internal financial cycles.
- Participate in the business planning activities by identifying future business needs, working with business and technology leadership to gain alignment and ensure appropriate funding.
- Experience as a product manager focused on delivery, prioritization and stakeholders management.
- Experience working in digital marketing, product management or data analysis.
- Preferably worked as a digital marketeer and understands how digital marketing is working - both process and tools (CLM tools, marketing automation).
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Experience defining and tracking metrics that measure the success of products and you know how to read, understand and present qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders around requirement gathering and prioritization.
- Marketing automation technology solutions general knowledge
- Experience writing in-depth, technical tickets for development teams.
