About the Role:
Band of Coders seeks a highly experienced Strapi Developer with strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency. This remote, part-time position is ideal for a developer passionate about building high-quality backend solutions using Strapi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and CMS solutions using Strapi
- Collaborate with our cross-functional team to define and deliver technical solutions
- Ensure the quality and performance of backend systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- 7+ years of professional experience with Strapi
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js)
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Availability for 1020 hours per week (with the possibility to increase to full-time)
- Experience integrating Strapi with front-end frameworks
- Experience with building Strapi solutions from scratch
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment pipelines
