As Lead Developer, you’ll serve as the bridge between the development team and our CTO. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software projects, providing first-line support to your team, and escalating issues when necessary. You take initiative, think in solutions, and uphold high standards of code quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively develop and configure software solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage software projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Analyze and document technical solutions.
• Use your technical expertise to support team members and enhance project outcomes.
• Implement and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvements and drive effective changes.
• Lead, mentor, and support the development team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of experience as a developer, including several years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in software development and a deep understanding of the development lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in .NET and Python.
• Experience with Angular and Azure is a big plus.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
