Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the delivery of advanced, scalable solutions for digital dispute services. The role involves direct development responsibilities and collaboration with technical leads to resolve complex production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, multi-tier software using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads on architecture and implementation strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert during production incidents.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality, performance, and test coverage.

Required Experience:

• Strong expertise in Java, microservices, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and databases.
• Familiarity with tools like Splunk and shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of Agile processes and test-driven development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
