We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Oversee BAU activities carried out by a team in India (consisting of 6 people);
• Ensure adherence to processes, timely ticket management, and maintain quality standards;
• Report activity updates to the Product Owner (PO);
• Manage Level 3 (L3) tickets directly or handle small projects and non-standard requests from various entities;
• Analyze software releases and product features to propose enhancements that add value.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• Expertise in Cornerstone Learning Management System (mandatory);
• Previous experience in a Business Analyst role;
• Experience with LiL, SkillSoft, authoring tools, and other Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) (is a plus);
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory);
• Proficiency in French, spoken and written (nice to have).
