Monthly salary between €6500 - €7000 (including 25 days holiday)

We're looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a skilled development team working on a high-impact public sector platform. You'll help build secure, scalable, and well-structured solutions with a strong focus on ownership, quality, and team collaboration.

🔧 Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Java (Spring) code in a CI/CD pipeline
• Collaborate closely within Agile sprints
• Proactively coordinate development progress
• Ensure your solutions align with infrastructure and security requirements

✅ What You Bring:

• Currently based in the Netherlands (required)
• 5+ years in a senior Java development role
• Strong in Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Linux-based environments
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and containerization (3+ years)
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins
• Bonus: Experience with XML tech (XSLT, Schemas, Schematrons)
• Agile mindset – worked with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps
• Technical degree (HBO/WO in Computer Science or similar)
• You’ll need your own secure development laptop (encrypted drive, antivirus, etc.)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. OCP) are a plus
