What you’ll do?

As a PM, you will be the key to maintaining strong client relationships and enhancing the quality of services. You will lead a team, oversee service delivery, and act as the main liaison with clients. Your role is central to solving issues, driving service improvements, and supporting operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver IT solutions aligned with SLAs and KPIs, while managing incident, problem, and change processes to minimize client impact.
• Act as the primary client contact for service-related issues, ensuring satisfaction through regular reviews, issue resolution, and expectation management.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (support, development, analysis) to ensure efficient service delivery and workflow execution.
• Monitor service quality, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvements using client feedback and performance reports.
• Maintain process documentation, manage budgets, optimize internal/external operations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

What we’re looking for?

To “own” this role, you should bring:

• Prior experience as a PM
• Technical Skills
• Strong leadership and customer service capabilities; team-oriented approach.
• Resource Planning
• Effective conflict management and team coordination skills.
• Client focused relationship, management, quality control, and identifying service needs.

It’s great if you also bring:

• Experience with customer service, leadership, logistics, and retail
• Basic SQL and Linux knowledge is advantageous.
