The People & Talent Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the business across Retail and Support Centers by providing guidance, policy interpretation and support to team members relating to employee relations, HR & organizational policies and procedures.
The role
• Providing guidance, policy interpretation and support to team members relating to employee relations, HR & organizational policies, and procedures.
• Providing timely, effective, people focused solutions to challenges and identifying opportunities to improve our practices and execute strategies to rectify issues.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports on cases managed and investigations concluded in line with company grievance procedures and policies.
• Record all cases managed and investigations conducted.
• Effectively partnering with key stakeholders and other HR functions to support business objectives.
• Leading and supporting the delivery and implementation of our key HR projects and events.
• Consistently represent Lovisa culture and values.
• Proactively identify and solve personnel issues in conjunction with the department managers, Regional Managers/District Managers before they escalate.
• Provide recommendations to department managers, Regional Managers/District Managers concerning employee performance.
• Team complaints to be addressed within 48 hours.
• Adhere to the required employment legislation for all markets and manage in line with Lovisa culture.
• Provide effective coaching and support to direct reports and Leaders in managing unsatisfactory performance and advising strategies to improve performance.
• Provide coaching and advice to Leaders specific to conducting employee disciplinary processes including legislative and organizational requirements.
About you
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a HR Management role
• Proven ability to plan, organize and deliver results on time in a fast past environment
• Demonstrated understanding of customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to influence and negotiate desired outcomes
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong case management skills and experience
• The ability to critically analyze HR data for the purpose of identifying trends and preparing HR plans
• Strong time management and organizational skills and attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines and sensitive projects
• Prior experience working on an HRIS and ticketing system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- English + at leastone other European language. Having many languages is preferable.
