Junior Human Resources Generalist

Temporary project from now till September 30th

Job Description:

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process
• Contract creating/issuing
• Starting background checks & monitoring progress
• Creating Employee Profiles on our HRIS (Workday)
• Raising laptop requests
• Support a team of recruiters and work closely with various People Team members - Payroll, Benefits, People Business Partners, Background Investigations.
• Be a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the onboarding process

In terms of experience in what we are looking for, please see below:

• Experience in an administrative/support role within a HR function
• Onboarding coordination experience is desired but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to identify solutions independently and make sound business decisions
• Ability to work positively and professionally with all levels of employees and management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate efficiently (both verbal and written) in business English. Additional languages would be a plus
