About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer for a permanent position based in Trondheim. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in process engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions. Applicants

must currently reside in Norway and have valid work authorization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of process design and engineering for projects across various phases.
• Prepare and review process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances.
• Conduct simulations and optimizations using industry-standard tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS).
• Support risk assessments, HAZOPs, and process safety evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Norwegian regulations and international standards.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and technical performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant industry experience in process design and/or operations.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, ProSim, CHEMCAD).
• Familiarity with Norwegian regulatory frameworks and project execution practices.
• Strong communication skills in English; Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
• Must currently reside in Norway and have legal work authorization.
