We are searching for a Senior Product Manager - to work in the Resuscitation HW team with a focus on the physical products as part of the Resuscitation Quality Improvement ( RQI) Programme.

This position will be based at our Norway, Stavanger facility.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the Product vision and strategy for the Resusci manikin and hardware components of the RQI Programme.

Together with design and engineering, you will be doing continuous discovery and delivery on the Resusci RQI product portfolio in close collaboration with other product development teams.

We are looking for someone who can embrace a product leadership role, thrive in collaborating closely with other teams, stakeholders and partners, and who will be able to travel frequently to customer sites in the US.


Key Activities:

  • Continuously discover the customers’ jobs-to-be-done, pains and gains. Incorporate those insights into the Product’s Strategy and translate them into action
  • Define, evolve and champion the product’s vision and strategy
  • Communicate the Product Strategy across the company and establish a shared vision with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Together with a team of world-class engineers and designers, lead the ideation and development of impactful products and ensure these are desirable, usable, feasible and viable
  • Assess risks and prioritize actions to mitigate them, in a well-structured and data-informed way
  • Profit and Loss for your product portfolio and pro-actively seeking new opportunities for impact
  • Manage your products’ lifecycle as well as important partnerships
  • Set and continuously measure relevant metrics to assess the products’ success
  • Contribute to, and foster, a culture of intrapreneurship

Qualifications:B

  • S/BA Degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or Technology related field OR equivalent practical experience. Master’s degree or MBA preferred3
  • -8 years working experience, preferably within product management, product development or any equivalent field. Preferable Physical ProductsD
  • emonstrated understanding of how successful products are designed, developed, and brought to marketD
  • emonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of the business, such as engineering, design, finance, marketing and salesD
  • riven, adaptable, organized, and excellent time-management skillsE

  • bility to identify a market problem, quantify the opportunity to make sure it is big enough to generate profit, and then articulate the problem to the rest of the organizationA
