Role Overview

We’re seeking an ambitious, early-career Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll own product planning, delivery & support across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), working closely with customer, development, design, operations, and sales teams to build features that delight customers and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize features based on customer needs, market research, and ROI
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, create mockups and process flows
• Manage the product backlog and sprint priorities using Jira or similar tools
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives with Kanban boards and burndown charts
• Coordinate launches with marketing, sales and support teams
• Define clear project scope, milestones, deliverables and timelines and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage change requests through formal change-control processes in Jira/Azure DevOps
• Prevent scope creep by evaluating impact, securing necessary approvals, and updating plans
• Maintain a Change Log to track additions, adjustments, and their impact on timelines & budgets
• Manage risks and dependencies, proactively escalating blockers and updating stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and communication via Notion or equivalent
• Lead root-cause analyses for defects or outages; drive corrective action and process hardening
• Act as primary liaison for key customers: onboard new clients, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
• Facilitate regular check-ins, demos and Q&A sessions to align on priorities and expectations
• Triage and escalate critical bugs or support tickets, working closely with support and engineering
• Collect user feedback and feature requests; translate into well-scoped backlog items

Qualifications & Tool Proficiency

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in a product, project or operations role in software
• Experience in a SaaS, B2B or mobile-first product environment
• Domain knowledge and understanding of Smart facilities & Asset Management
• Familiarity with lean product practices and hypothesis-driven development
