Project Manager

Looking for a strong Project Manager who will join our growing team to oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale leisure, entertainment, and mixed-use development projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project execution in alignment with company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex development projects
• Manage full project lifecycle: design development, procurement, construction supervision, and handover.
• Drive adherence to project budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, international standards, and sustainability frameworks
• Monitor risk management plans, issue resolution, and change control.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership.

Experience

• 6+ years of project management experience in real estate, hospitality, or entertainment destination development.
• Proven experience delivering at least one high-value, complex mega-project in the GCC.
• Knowledge of construction laws, permitting, and regulatory processes in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing international brand partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
