Job Description

• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads)
• Prepare configuration specifications and installation documentation / verification
• Ability to analysis database issues and request / maintain backups
• Install, Update and Configure the System following best practice
• Analyze configuration issues and develop solutions
• Prepare description of the issues for further analysis
• Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base.
• Contribute to continual improvement initiatives
• accuracy and attention to detail
• effective self-organization of work
• willingness to develop and learn

Skills

Must have:

• Fluent in English B2/C1 level (German or Polish is an advantage)
• Dev tools (e.g. Postman, SOAP)
• JSON structure knowledge
• Hands-on experience with ALM, RETINA for testing or any bugging Skills (log analysis)
• Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS, EventViewer, Schedulers)
• 2+ years of working experience on Agile projects
• Experience working in CSV / GMP Environment
• Hands-on experience with similar API tools.
• Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog and Task Management)

Advantage:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)
• Script automation experience -> Powershell/Python basic knowledge (desirable)
• JavaScript basic knowledge (desirable)
• SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining)
• ITIL Experience
