Responsibilities
Position Purpose: StoneX is looking to recruit an experienced technical project manager who will work directly with senior stakeholders and internal departments to drive complex technical projects from initiation through to completion, communicating timelines and project progress along the way. The candidate will balance working closely with the enterprise project management office (EPMO) to follow best practice ways of working and with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of their projects. Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:
- Deliver end-to-end technical projects, coordinating multiple delivery teams across a range of disciplines and geographical locations, working in an Agile manner.
- Monitor, control and report on project progress and
- Manage JIRA and other internal tools at project
- Capture team estimates and use them to create detailed project plans.
- Re-scope and re-baseline projects as required.
- Help teams refine scope and requirements.
- Secure and organise project resource.
- Track and mitigate against risk and issues.
- Map and monitor any dependencies.
- Manage and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Run relevant project meetings.
- Communicate updates to sponsors, stakeholders and Heads of EPMO.
- Help achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
To land this role you will need:
- 5+ years’ experience as a technical project manager.
- Ability to quickly understand technology systems.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise workload, complete multiple tasks to deadlines and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and a pro-active approach.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of PM governance and tools.
- Proven ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders, excellent influencing skills to build and maintain relationships and work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Experienced in Agile scrum methodology and SDLC.
- Analytical skills or experience would be beneficial.
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferrable.
- Excellent self-management skills, able to work independently using own initiative, being flexible and adaptable.
- min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline or proven years of experience.
- Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days from the office) at ul. Mogilska 35, Cracow
