Crypto Futures Trader (Part-time, Traditional Finance Experience is a must)

Job Overview:

As an Overseas Trader at CoinW, you will be responsible for executing trading strategies, engaging with the community through live streaming, and sharing market insights with our global audience. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the trading experience for CoinW users, improving user engagement, and growing the platform’s brand presence. You will leverage your expertise in trading, market analysis, and content creation to help CoinW maintain its competitive edge in the digital assets market.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Trading (Execution & Performance)

• Daily Trading: Execute at least 4 contract trades per day, focusing on high-quality trade decisions that contribute to overall profitability.
• Monthly Profit Target: Ensure a monthly return of no less than 10% on completed trades, maintaining a stable and consistent trading record.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and technical evaluations to identify profitable contract trading opportunities.
• Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses while maximizing profits, maintaining a stable trading style.

2. Live Streaming Engagement

• Personal Live Streaming: Host at least 3 personal live streaming sessions per week on CoinW, sharing trading insights, strategies, and market commentary with users.
• CoinW Live Programming: Actively participate in at least 1 CoinW live programming event per month, contributing to platform-wide initiatives and community engagement efforts.
• Community Interaction: Engage with users during live streams, answer questions, provide insights, and create an interactive and educational environment for viewers.

3. Strategy Sharing and Market Content Creation

• Daily Strategy Sharing: Provide daily market insights, strategies, and trading tips, posting content at least 5 times a week to help users improve their trading outcomes.
• Content Relevance: Ensure that shared content is accurate, timely, and actionable, supporting traders with real-time insights on market trends and contract opportunities.

4. Content Output & Platform Course Contribution

• Platform Course Creation: Collaborate with CoinW's educational team to contribute to the development of trading courses and learning resources.
• Brand & Content Development: Participate in content creation efforts aimed at enhancing the CoinW brand, including developing educational materials, promotional content, and other infrastructure tasks assigned by the team.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Senior Traditional Financial Background: A solid background in traditional finance, with experience working at top financial institutions (banking, investment, or other financial services).
• Trading Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in contract trading (futures, margin, or derivatives), with a strong record of consistent profits.
• Stable Trading Style: Demonstrated ability to manage risk, react quickly to market conditions, and maintain a stable trading strategy that generates consistent profits.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the contract trading market, including technical analysis, market trends, and risk management.
• Communication Skills: Strong writing and speech abilities to effectively share strategies, conduct live streaming, and create engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, educational, and development teams, to achieve broader company goals.

Preferred:

• Institutional Trading Background: Previous experience in hedge funds, investment banks, or other major financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Audience Engagement: Experience in live streaming or content creation for financial platforms, with the ability to engage and grow an audience.
• Advanced Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of crypto contracts, derivatives trading, and blockchain technologies is a plus.
