What you'll do.

At Jackrabbit, we practice real Scrum - not a branded hybrid. We ground our work in the Scrum Guide and scale based on Agile Manifesto principles. Our transformation is not about agile theater, it’s about evolving how we operate, think, and deliver customer and business value to deliver the best, most innovative products in the Youth Activities and Child Care market.

  • Coach Scrum Masters, and leaders in authentic Scrum practices, scaled through systems thinking and lean, agile inspired principles. Embracing a radical candor approach to providing real-time, motivational and developmental feedback, up, down and sideways.
  • Guide our evolution to a true Agile Product Operating Model, with long-lived, outcome-driven product teams.
  • While leading the Agile practice this role will operate as the embedded Scrum Master on a critical team to keep practices sharp and lead by example and modeling.
  • Lead the charge in embedding continuous product discovery into everything we do. Product discovery must happen continuously, not upfront. It’s the only way to reduce risk, find real customer problems, and build the right things.
  • Help shift our mindset from delivering on plans to learning from the market. This will be a major cultural shift, and your ability to guide that transition is critical.
  • Integrate Lean UX, rapid experimentation, and feedback loops to enable evidence-based product decisions.
  • Work directly with product managers and product owners to build their capabilities in discovery, delivery, and business accountability.
  • Support our move to a product-centric P&L structure, including designing for and coaching the transition. Help grow Product Owners (Managers) into leaders capable of owning a P&L and driving business outcomes, not just backlogs.
  • Collaborate with all critical internal stakeholders HR, Finance, and Execs to shape org structures, roles, and incentives that support agility, learning, and real ownership.
  • Use Scrum Agile, flow metrics, and throughput analysis to diagnose bottlenecks and improve delivery systems.
  • Apply organizational change leadership practices to align system changes with culture and behavior shifts.
  • Coach non-technical teams - like marketing and customer experience - to work with the same agility as digital product teams.

What you're about.

We are looking for a senior Agile Coach who is passionate about building organizations that learn fast, respond faster, and ship outcomes that truly matter. This is a high-impact role that blends organizational design, product thinking, and systems thinking leadership.

  • 5–10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
  • A transformational coach on at least two organizational areas with a track record of leading deep enterprise agility—not just team-level adoption.
  • 5-10 years developing others with a deep desire to lean into these discussions (face-to-face) as the tool to elevate others to do the same.
  • Has SaaS product experience and is a product thinker who sees discovery and validation as the deeper layers of agility, not an optional layer.
  • This person must be technical enough to be able to coach, question and even challenge highly technical individuals with confidence.
  • Deeply versed in Scrum, Lean, Systems Thinking, and principles of Scrum.
  • Experience and comfortable coaching executives and product leaders through cultural and structural shifts.
  • Experienced in helping orgs transition from project-based funding to product-based P&Ls.
  • Skilled at mentoring Product Owners and Product Managers to become business owners—fluent in outcomes, economics, and customer value.
  • Experienced and able to influence across functions, from engineering to HR to marketing, driving aligned agility at all levels.

  • Creates a sense of belonging and strong team identity.
  • Fosters open dialogue and collaboration among team members.

  • Follows through on commitments and expects the same from others.
  • Establishes clear responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Confronts poor performance directly and constructively.
  • Provides feedback, both positive and corrective, consistently.

4. Manages Conflict "Handles conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise."

  • Steps into conflicts early and works to resolve them constructively.
  • Remains calm and objective, even under emotional pressure.
  • Listens to all sides and finds common ground.
  • Facilitates mutually agreeable solutions rather than letting tensions escalate.

5. Courage "Steps up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said."

  • Tackles tough conversations without hesitation.
  • Speaks honestly and directly, even when it's uncomfortable.
  • Challenges the status quo when necessary.
  • Advocates for important ideas or decisions, even in the face of resistance.
