•   Assist the Agile team in the continuous validation of web applications, system to system interfaces and complete software solutions
•   Design and develop test automation scenarios to validate system to system interfaces and complete software solutions (for API and UI tests)
•   Interact with business and development stakeholders to define test plans and schedules
•   Translate complex system requirements and specs into test requirements and testing methods
•   Identify and implement complex automation efforts, including refactoring of automation code where needed
•   Work closely with software engineers to build quality in, ensuring proper test and requirement coverage, configuration quality, monitoring, early performance testing

As an Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Cards Portfolio Specialist) you will

This role will work with clients on the implementation of strategy to optimize performance drivers and revenues at the portfolio level. It will require working extensively with internal and external stakeholders to drive a robust lifecycle management program for card customers and deliver the business goals.

Product Management Specialist

Supports the client for profit and growth for cards, from revenue to credit costs (including Fraud) and direct/allocated costs 

Supports client for product management for cards, Audit, compliance matters and complaints support

Guides and supports in executing strategies aimed at generating revenue through products in alignment with consumer banking strategy, with a focus on whole of bank value

Provides guidance and support to client-facing professionals and sales teams to solve complex client needs through products in conjunction with acquisitions vertical.

Supports the effort to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product growth ensuring collaboration with the internal marketing team in conjunction with acquisitions vertical.

Helps execute end-to-end solutions for all client segments resulting in superior customer experience.

Helps with training to internal stakeholders about the product offerings ensuring knowledge transfer to facilitate product roll-out.

Performs and analyses competitive benchmarking of the products vis-à-vis competition and the market and review pricing of the products periodically.
