Location: Vadodara, India (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum

Experience Required: 5 – 10 Years

Joining Timeline: Immediate to 30 days

Shift Timings: US Time Zones (EST/CST)

Interview Rounds: 2 – 3 Technical Rounds (with US panel)

About The Role

We are seeking experienced Java Developers to join our modernization initiative. You'll play a key role in transforming legacy monolithic systems into a modern, microservices-based architecture. This position is ideal for developers passionate about backend architecture, real-time data processing, and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot
  • Refactor monolithic systems to microservices architecture
  • Deploy and manage applications in private or hybrid cloud environments
  • Integrate and optimize Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming
  • Use Oracle Database for complex, transactional operations
  • Migrate data using tools like Apache NiFi
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile teams
  • Optimize application performance and system reliability
  • Document best practices and contribute to technical standards

Technical Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Java (v8+) development experience
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and related libraries
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture
  • Practical experience with Apache Kafka
  • Proficiency with Oracle Database
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment (private/hybrid) and cloud security
  • Experience in refactoring monolithic systems
