UX / UI Designer

Our client is a fast growing retail business who are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join their ecommerce team for a 6 month project, focusing on delivering the best experience for their customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high fidelity designs, that are geared around customer engagement and conversion, whilst still portraying the brand image.

The Role

UX

• You’ll provide progression of designs from wireframes and low fidelity designs, into hi fidelity UX designs across all digital assets.
• Continual improvement of the existing UX toolkit
• Shape and contribute to the digital design system, including helping to document UX research and insight to provide rationale for design decisions.
• Development of different UX/UI and content for different customers depending on category and storefront

Design

• Partner with marketing teams to execute their marketing strategies across all channels
• Produce and execute engaging, creative content to be used across multiple channels
• Support the marketing team with asset creation to be used across site, social & email
• Production of offline ads and collateral to support wider brand objectives
• Assist with the development of a strong & consistent brand identity

CRO

• Analyse customer behaviour through A/B testing, heatmaps, and user feedback tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and implement iterative experiments to improve conversion rates across key touchpoints in the customer journey.
• Monitor and report on the impact of changes made to the site and adjust strategies accordingly.

The person

• Enthusiasm to make a difference through design i.e. Love all things UX.
• Experience using UX/UI best practice
• Work and collaborate effectively in a team setting
