Agile Coach - Banking

I am hiring for Agile Coach - Banking

Location: Glasgow - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per Week in Office

• Proven experience leading Agile transformations in large enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong facilitation and coaching capabilities across diverse teams and disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or other Agile certifications.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile leadership role.
• Solid background in software development or technical engineering.
