Job Description

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport and we specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Business Analyst in the Customer Delivery and Transformation team, you will support projects and initiatives aimed at driving growth, transformation, and business improvement across Network Aviation. You will analyze business constraints and opportunities to optimize processes, policies, and systems, working closely with stakeholders to recommend solutions that align with the organization's goals and strategies. You will develop reporting to support transformation initiatives, conduct ongoing business reviews, and focus on developing customer and operational metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

You’ll Have

• 3+ years’ experience in an analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives
• Skill in turning business strategies into actionable plans
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Clear, effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting
• Power BI skills highly regarded
• Experience in complex, large-scale operational environments
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting cross-functional improvement projects
