• Design & build APIs with Golang in a Kubernetes-based architecture
• Integrate Kafka, MongoDB, and external services to power real-time features
• Lead development lifecycle: design → test → deploy → optimize
• Own service performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate across teams (Product, QA, PM) and drive tech decisions
• Apply TDD, participate in code reviews, and influence our tech roadmap

• 5+ years backend experience | 2+ years in Golang
• Hands-on with Kafka, MongoDB, gRPC/GraphQL
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
• Solid CI/CD & Git practices
• Strong communication & a proactive mindset

• Experience with GCP or multi-cloud setups
• Bash scripting, Makefiles, and observability tools
• IaC tools like Terraform
