The Project: The Schengen Information System (SIS) is a crucial tool for security and border management in Europe. It includes alerts on persons and objects, managed by national authorities. The system has evolved with new features, including biometric data and enhanced functionalities.

Role Overview:

This position is for a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will perform all responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions consultant, ensuring the highest standards of service and collaboration with our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and test web applications based on functional and technical analyses.
  • Ensure high-quality development of multi-user, high-availability applications.
  • Provide technical advice and propose project adaptations.
  • Analyze user needs and create technical documentation.
  • Maintain and support applications, offering technical assistance and coaching to colleagues.


Skills/Profile:

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in PHP 5.6 & 7, JavaScript, AngularJS, Ajax, JQuery, CodeIgniter, Smarty, SQL, GIT, DEVOPS, and RESTful Web Services.
  • Ability to work in a multilingual environment (French, Dutch, English).
  • Stress resistance, discretion, flexibility, and client-oriented approach.
