Data Scientist

Main Tasks:

• Develop an industrialized Python tool from initial scripts and requirements
• Refactor scripts to separate components that run inside vs. outside PowerFactory
• Write efficient, modular, and scalable code to handle large data volumes
• Implement completeness checks for input data
• Collaborate with business experts to automate pre-processing
• Provide clear, maintainable documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years Python programming experience
• Strong in modular, efficient programming and script optimization
• Skilled in managing and processing large datasets
• Experienced in documenting code and processes

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of electric power systems (e.g., grid structure, generation/consumption points)
• Experience with DigSilent PowerFactory

Soft Skills:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented
• Proactive and autonomous, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator and coordinator
