Your Role: As an IT Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of key projects, from defining scope and requirements to managing the day-to-day tasks that lead to successful project outcomes. Your role will require a blend of leadership, technical know-how, and client relationship skills to manage complex change programs and keep projects on track.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage changes across client projects, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives.
• Work directly with clients to scope out project requirements and define business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with various teams to set realistic goals and develop timelines that ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Document all project processes, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions that adhere to industry standards.
• Promote the integration of innovative technologies and ensure operational consistency.
• Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment with their goals.
• Refine internal procedures and workflows to improve efficiency and project delivery.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to clients, demonstrating value and results.

Your skills & qualifications

• Experience in managing IT projects, with a good understanding of both business and technology.
• Familiar with the financial services sector
• PMP, or Scrum certifications
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• A “can-do” attitude—comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and turning them into tangible results
• Fluency in Dutch or French, plus English

Please note that relocation support to Belgium is not available, this role cannot accommodate fully remote work and we cannot support working visa procedures.
