Position Overview: We are looking for a Lead Application Developer to oversee the design and development of mobile applications for iOS and Android preferably from Fintech background. You will mentor a team and ensure high-quality code while collaborating with cross-functional teams. We're about to launch a new version of the savings app we acquired earlier in the year and want to bring someone in who can really lead that squad - set direction, standards, help pick tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the mobile development team.
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams.
- Ensure best practices in coding and testing.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in mobile development (iOS/Android).
- Proficient in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java.
- Experience with frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
