In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Perform Privacy Area Process portfolio maintenance activities, follow up them and cater for continuous improvement of quality.
- Support colleagues during new process development or changing existing one by helping to perform Data protection, Legitimate interest assessments, ensuring that processes are correctly represented in Data processing registers, etc.
- Localize GDPR processes, preparing reports.
- Collaborate with other team members in various cross border projects in Private Segment area covering privacy related topics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel abilities such as data analysis, formula creation and pivot tables.
- Experience and capability in managing projects and processes, or a willingness to learn.
- Capability in building effective working relationships with different cross-border counterparties.
- Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Very good English and Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian (based on country) spoken and written.
- Personal and professional growth through self-leadership and continuous development.
