We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Elisa's Customer Experience and Growth unit for business customers, specifically in the Digital Development department.

In the Customer Experience & Growth (CXG) unit, we are responsible for developing the customer experience and driving growth for business customers. The Digital Development department within CXG is responsible for the development of e-commerce, self-service channels, and sales and marketing tools, as well as the quality of customer data and its systematic improvement.

We’re now looking for a skilled and development-oriented Business Analyst to join our new four-person Marketing & Customer Data Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and systematically improving customer data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure systematic improvement of customer data quality
• Model, document, and analyze business processes and their interactions, and actively implement related improvements
• Collect and document business requirements from various stakeholders to support the smooth development of customer data
• Assess the impact of developments and ensure that business needs are prioritized based on data-driven insights
• Document and communicate requirements, analysis results, and business decisions to stakeholders
• Monitor the achievement of business goals and evaluate results against set targets
  
  

What We Expect From You

• A degree in a technical or commercial field (bachelor's or master's) or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects in collaboration with various stakeholders and business functions
• Strong experience in proactive change management and ability to develop operations in close cooperation with your team and stakeholders
• Experience in utilizing AI in process, system, and data analysis and development
• Experience handling and analyzing large datasets and making data-driven decisions, especially in customer and marketing data
• Experience in analyzing and developing business processes
• Experience using and developing analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in requirements management and prioritization in stakeholder collaboration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly to different stakeholders in both Finnish and English
