We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to join our Tech team.

You’ll work in an AI-driven environment where your contributions will have a direct and significant impact on our product.

You’ll be on the front line to stabilize, improve and scale our backend so that:

• Our product becomes truly plug & play, both for clients and for internal use.
• End-users can onboard autonomously, with the simplest possible setup and activation.

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable APIs to ensure smooth client integration.
• Strengthen our run reliability (monitoring, observability, error handling, resilience).
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to ship fast and well.
• Contribute actively to code quality and process improvement.
  

• 2+ years experience in backend development, ideally in demanding environments.
• Strong skills in Node.js, REST APIs, noSQL (MongoDB or similar).
• Solid knowledge of Python and interest in AI/ML tools.
• Production-minded: you know what “run” means and love building reliable systems.
• Autonomy, clarity in communication, and a problem-solving mindset.
