My client is looking for an Junior DevOps Engineer to join a well-established SaaS company to help them manage Azure-based cloud services and deliver DevOps practices. You’ll be working in a small Cloud team where you'll receive plenty of 1-to-1 training and upskilling into a DevOps position.

You’ll be working on a broad range of cloud-focused projects and work with the senior management team to develop new solutions. The team can offer the flexibility to regularly work from home 3 days a week.

Essential skills and technologies

• 2 years’ cloud experience in an Azure cloud environment
• Microsoft background, ideally with some experience of writing code (C# or similar)
• Following set Deployment, Development and Operations processes
• Implementing CI/CD processes
• Experience Azure DevOps
• Database administration (SQL)

Desirable skills and technologies

• Pipelines or similar is highly desirable
• Container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Experience with Docker or similar
• An understanding of Agile, SCRUM
• Degree level education in an IT related topic

The company are happy to accommodate remote onboarding and will be able to offer a hybrid approach to remote working. Applicants must be able to get to their offices on a weekly basis and be UK based.
