The Role

The Role
As Lead UX/UI Designer, you'll bridge user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to craft exceptional digital experiences. You'll mentor and manage designers, advocate for UX excellence, and drive design processes from research to implementation in a dynamic, global team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, providing guidance, feedback, and career development support
- Manage workload distribution and project assignments across the design team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Evaluate business/functional requirements and align user, business, and development needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes (all fidelities), and documentation for seamless interactions
- Lead design reviews, present concepts to stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct qualitative/quantitative research to validate design decisions
- Advocate for user-centric design and uphold high UX standards
- Partner with visual designers, writers, and engineers to ensure design fidelity
- Mentor team members on industry best practices
- Refine design processes and ensure MVP quality with iterative post-launch enhancements
- 5+ years in UX/UI design with 2+ years in a leadership role (iGaming experience a plus)
- Proven experience in people management and team leadership
- Expertise in Figma (Branching/Variants), Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Framer)
- Strong knowledge of usability principles, design systems, and Agile/Waterfall workflows
- Experience with user research, interaction documentation, and stakeholder presentations
- Leadership skills to guide teams and uphold design excellence
- Advanced English; HTML/CSS basics or motion design (After Effects) are advantage
- Hybrid work model (2 days office / 3 days remote).
