Now we are looking for a Value Stream Product Director.


ABOUT THE POSITION

The Value Stream Product Director exists to drive end-to-end outcome delivery within a value stream. By aligning cross-functional teams around clear objectives and key results for the Value Stream, they ensure each step - from concept to customer feedback & value - contributes to meaningful outcomes even if it is not the one that was planned.

The Value Stream Product Director brings strategic product management & leadership skills to set up the products within the Value Stream to always solve the most important business challenges, fosters continuous improvement, and delivers measurable impacts and feedback to accelerate the attainment of Product Led Growth.



YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Formulating the long-term product vision and strategy, incorporating market and industry trends, business goals, and feedback from users, customers, and industry experts into a coherent direction that defines aspirations, challenges, and potential outcomes.
  • Analyzing customer insights and usage data to identify root problems, patterns, and opportunities that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Setting and managing the product roadmap and priorities, balancing competing features, technical considerations, transformation needs, and ROI to maximize value for both the business and customers; adapting roadmap formats to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Overseeing product lifecycle management across the value stream, ensuring clear lifecycle assessments with defined migration and end-of-life (EOL) plans, aligned with executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Applying data-driven decision-making, leveraging metrics, customer feedback, and experiments to inform both tactical and strategic product decisions.
  • Managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Commercial, and Engineering by understanding and integrating their goals and perspectives.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and facilitating team development by using appropriate methods to upskill Product Owners and team members, and leading product discovery sessions that drive alignment and shared understanding through tools like OKRs.


IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience operating within a Product-Led Operating Model, demonstrating a strong understanding of product-centric decision-making and delivery
  • Strong advocacy for modern Product methodologies, including Radical Product Thinking, Lean Strategy, and the use of Product Canvases to guide discovery and alignment
  • Hands-on experience with Product Management tools, such as Productboard and JIRA, for roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog management.
  • Proven experience working in a Value Stream setup or similar organizational structures that align cross-functional teams around customer value.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Strong communication skills with simple & effective language
