Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – SWIFT :

• Define, draft, and validate detailed business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical experts to create technical analysis reports based on business requirements.
• Oversee activities related to financial messaging systems (e.g., SWIFT) and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO20022, Target2, and CBPR.
• Contribute to the development of testing strategies and plans.
• Manage the execution and validation of tests, including user acceptance and qualification testing.
• Coordinate deployment activities with business units and technical teams.
• Lead change management initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Ensure the production of application documentation and user guides.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – SWIFT?

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a technical-functional analyst in financial messaging solutions (SWIFT, XML, JSON, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of SEPA directive, and Payments/Transactions regulation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• XML knowledge is a good plus.
• Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing and synthesis abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
