We are looking for experienced Service Desk + Deskside Support Analysts for our Amsterdam office. This is a fully onsite role ideal for candidates with 4+ years of technical support experience and strong Dutch language skills. You will support end-users with incident management, hardware troubleshooting, and IT onboarding/offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle calls, tickets, and walk-ins, offering 1st-line IT support.
- OS and application troubleshooting (Windows/iOS), patching via SCCM/Intune.
- Desktop, laptop, kiosk, server, and network hardware troubleshooting.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, IT asset allocation.
- Document SOPs and maintain the knowledge base.
- Perform daily floor walks; support vendor coordination and RCA documentation.
- Occasional travel (Netherlands/France) required.
- 4+ years in Service Desk / Deskside support roles.
- Strong understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM/Intune.
- ITIL knowledge preferred.
- Fluent Dutch (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent English; French is a plus.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting capabilities.
