We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead our Travel & Expense (T&E) team’s project portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our T&E processes and systems. This role requires strong project management skills, understanding of T&E best practices with deep operational insight, ensuring solutions align with day-to-day processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the T&E team and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage T&E projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and scope.

Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, resources, and risk assessments.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including finance, HR, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.

Implement and optimize T&E policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Provide training and support to employees on T&E systems and processes.

Monitor T&E spending and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Analyze T&E data and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Design and create reports for program management and stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve T&E-related issues and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a Travel & Expense context.

Strong understanding of T&E policies, procedures, and systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience with T&E software and integrated systems (e.g. Concur Travel, Concur Expense, Workday, SAP, Mulesoft)
