Role Overview

As an MDM Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end development, design, and implementation of a complete Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution. • Establish security policies, including encryption, VPNs, digital certificates, and multifactor authentication (MFA).
  • Remotely deploy and update applications while managing permissions, version control systems (Git, SVN), and updates.
  • Create and maintain device profiles, groups, and policies aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the MDM implementation: requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, pilot, rollout, and documentation.
  • Integrate the MDM platform with corporate systems like SIEM, antivirus, ERP, and Service Desk solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with global security standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, and others.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Practical experience with at least one Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform (priority: VMware Workspace ONE).
  • Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems (Android, iOS) and desktop platforms (Windows, macOS).
  • Expertise in defining and applying security policies, distributing applications, and managing updates remotely.
  • Proven ability to integrate MDM with other corporate systems.
  • Solid understanding of MDM implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
  • Certification: Knox MDM Certification (mandatory).

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Experience working in BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) environments, ensuring separation of personal and corporate data.
